Also after using an FPS tracker I saw that the problem is the game is running at 2-10 FPS

Did you tried to disable Origin in Game? (Origin > menu top left > application settings > Origin in Game > Origin in Game > off (Grey)
If that don't helps, preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.
If that also don't helps, shut the computer down > Disconnect the second monitor > Start the PC > Test.

@holger1405Both have been done, framerate still running at 2-5fps :-/

So you tried all three? No difference in clean boot mode?
There are Windows update errors. Please make sure that updates that failed got installed afterwards.

Yup, tried all three and as many combinations of all three that I could.
Where would I find out which updates need to be done?
