Sims 4 running terribly even with above and beyond specs

As the title says I recently bought the Sims 4 base game, no expansions and attempted to run it. The game runs terribly, the computer itself does not appear stressed in any way with no aspect of it r...

Did you tried to disable Origin in Game? (Origin > menu top left > application settings > Origin in Game > Origin in Game > off (Grey)

If that don't helps, preform a clean boot and test the Game in clean boot mode.

If that also don't helps, shut the computer down > Disconnect the second monitor > Start the PC > Test.

@holger1405Both have been done, framerate still running at 2-5fps :-/
