Sims 4 Satisfaction points suddenly disappeared

I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this, as it seemed quite random (and annoying).  I'm playing Sims 4, no mods or custom content, no cheats used, and all of my satisfaction/aspiration poin...

    @TGamez1 link just says 404 page and that the page doesn't exist for me unfortunately

      @jvincent1996 Yeah, sorry about that.  It did yesterday, i checked back today and i got the same as you.  Maybe Crin took it down for some reason.

        @TGamez1 I didn't. Your link has a space at the end that messes it up.

        @jvincent1996 There's been lots of reports of stuff reporting to 0 but I can't remember a report for satisfaction points. It doesn't sound like an issue of not properly saving.

        Do you have other played households ? Are those ok ?

        If it was a one off I wouldn't worry to much, tbh.

    Hi I don't know how to message you or anything but I'm really having a lot of trouble with sims 4 saves. I played all day yesterday bc I just got a new pack and spent forever on my new sim. She was very succesfull and when I opened it to play today, my save was gone! The same thing happened a few weeks ago and now that save is back but my current one is gone. I still see my sim in my library but thats the only trace left. How can I fix this? I'm really sad ☹️
