Sims 4 Save Files Have Disappeared

I have been playing the Sims 4 for years. The past few weeks, I have been preparing to get back into playing with my legacy challenge save by installing new cc and mods as well as building my legacy ...

    @RandomFandomNerd  I'm not sure it's possible to get your saves back, unfortunately.  But I am curious what locations the file recovery program listed when it searched for your saves.  It would be great if you could post a few screenshots of the results, including the ones where the program says the location no longer exists.

    I'm asking for the info for you but also for the other players who run into this same problem.  If I can see where the saves were initially, it might help me figure out why they disappeared.

    Please also open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and take a screenshot of the contents.  I'd like to see if there are any files or folders within the Sims 4 folder that don't belong there.
