Hi @FroznSolo
just making sure that this is about Sims 4 ? As the Exchange is for Sims 3.
Are you using oneDrive ? If so, did you check if you have a folder there ?
Do you mean the local saves folder on your drive is empty or in game ?

8 years agoSorry, yes it is sims 4. I meant the gallery., not the exchange.
I do not use one drive, and it is the local saves folder is empty. It's as if the game was reinstalled and overwrote all of the data on my drive.

Reinstalling usually doesn't delete the user files.
Can you search your hard drive to see if you have another sims 4 folder somewhere ? Also check your trash.
- Anonymous8 years agoI have not tried searching yet. What keyword, just Sims?
I did check my trash and not there either.- Anonymous8 years ago
So I did a search for "Sims 4" on my PC and found that I did in fact have a backup on OneDrive. My save files and other downloads from the gallery were there! I copied the data over to the Sims 4 folder in my documents/Electronic Arts/Sims4 folder and fired up my game. My Sims are back!!
Thank you very much for the assistance!
