@alainna1995 Please clear Origin's cache:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/

and repair the game (again, if you have already): open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.

@puzzlezaddict I Tried this, but my game is so laggy that when I right-clicked the sims 4 icon nothing happened so I dunno if it's my computer or the game itself but I've been trying for hours...

  @CrystalOrchid44 You can't repair when Sims 4 is running. Please quit the game and restart your computer, then try to repair without launching the game.
  
  If you're not seeing your owned packs in-game, and the EA App still thinks you own them, please see this thread:

Hello, I've just encountered this today. I have repaired my game, but it got stuck on High School years, and Desert Deluxe Kit. I canceled those repairs and the rest of the pack/kits were just fine. Is there a way to help me with that? Thanks.
