Sims 4 Seasons - Holidays aren't happening...

So 3 days ago I factory reset my sims 4 game because I wanted to start a fresh. Since then though the holidays aren't happening? So I'll get the notification thr day before saying a holiday is happ...

@crinrict have just taken my CC out and repaired again so will see if that works if not I will start a new save.. do you mean a whole new save game or just a new household?
