Sims 4 Seasons Crashing

Basically I downloaded the sims 4 seasons today and it constantly crashes. I can create a family but as soon as I try to place them into a house the game will crash while it’s in the loading screen. ...

Im not sure if its a crash or what, but ill have a pet doing something, then one of my sims wants to interact with it right then. The pet warps to the sims location, then the sim and the pet freeze. they look around but they dont move, you cant interact with them, resetting them does nothing. they dont light up when you mouse over and unless youre shift clicking, no interface pops up. its happened twice now and ive lost a painful amount of progress both times.

    any mods/cc in your game ? If so, test without to see if it's still happening.

      I forgot to mention that. No my game is clean. No mods, no cc.

        then I suggest you make your own thread and post some pics/video to what's happening.

        Did you repair your game through Origin ?
