Sims 4 seasons wont let me download
I just bought seasons and received the confirmation email as well though when I go to download the expansion it prompts me to buy the pack again. What should I do?

In the EA app, if you click The Sims 4 in your game library and go to Manage-> Manage Add-ons, are you seeing an option to install Seasons there?
