Sims 4 showing in Game Library as "needing Origin Access" but is Purchased

Sorry to bother with what is sort of a cosmetic issue - but it is also more than that - the game Sims 4 shows up as 'greyed out' and 'needing Origin Access' to be played, in the Game Library in Origin; despite just being Purchased earlier today.

Here is what it looks like in the Game Library of the Origin Client:

I included the Order History of my Account, just to show that it is present from earlier today (I did not mean to insult any intelligences, but I put in 'pointers' for the game listed in the Game Library and the game listed in the Order History (the Order Number is cropped off, but now that I think about it again I'm sure it can be seen in my Account information)). I also circled where normally, a PLAY button would be, there is a notification to join Origin Access, or buy the game.

I tried a few things so far, such as:

I have not tried yet (but are ideas), the below:

  • Moving the game (to see if it 'resets' the flag for it somehow)
  • Rejoining Origin for a Month or more (to see if it 'resets' the game or 're-detects' it as Owned)
  • Formatting/Reinstalling Windows Partition (haha)

I want to be sure to state that I CAN play the game (lol?) I just have to go through a few steps to get to the panel and click the gear and in the pull-down menu, select Play. The game launches and the DLC that came with the Digital Edition came up as installed/included (it showed me it being 'unlocked' in the game itself). I am currently playing the Tutorial and there seems to be no issues with it Launching so far.

Just wondering if this may be a 'known issue', or if there is something I can do to get the game to be recognized as 'Owned/Purchased' and look like the other Owned games in the Game Library in Origin (which would then take away the need to go through 4-5 steps to Launch the game, heh).

Thanks for any ideas/input

~T
