Sims 4; Sim stop moving/freeze but time moves

Often while my sim are doing whatever action, the sim just freeze. dosen't move at all, and get "stuck" in the action it's doing. But time keeps moving like normal. And everything else around (other sims, pets, objects that move) keep on as normal. 
Ive tried canceling all actions, nothing happens. Give her new actions, nothing happens. Teleport her somewhere else on the lot, nothing happens.
I've tried going into built mode, and back, still nothing. Pause the game, make time go faster. Nothing seems to make her start moving again. 
Except for closing the game and open it again. And i'm getting pretty sick of having to do that often now.
I don't use mods (since i'm too scared the save file will get broken or something).
