Sims 4 skintones update doesen't work with mods

Hey! I have downloaded the new skin tones update today. When I go into CAS, and go to skin tones, theres just a blank space. And at makeup the sliders won't show up.

When I tried it without having my mods in my game it worked perfectly fine. So I'm aware that theres an issue with my mods. I have Mod conflict detector, and i scanned my mods and i deleted

all of the ones that had some issue. I tried everything, I removed my mods folder, run the game, skintones and sliders worked, put back my mods, repaired the game, but nothing worked. Does

someone else has the same issue?☹️( I can't live without my mods tho, so do you guys think theres anything that i could do?

    @dorkacsa 

    The Mod Conflict detector detects conflicts between Mods/CC not between Mods and the game.

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.
    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
