Sims 4 snowy escape ski lift

Question

Hi there,I have no mods on the game and am playing on a pc. I have been happily “riding to top” on the ski lift in the snowy escape expansion pack. But now she can’t go up there, I get the alert with footsteps and an exclamation point. Meaning I cannot get to the top and reach the peak of mt. komorebi.&nbsp;

@chrissycowie  Could you check if there's a bike stuck in front of the top station ?

There is a bike stuck there. How do we get rid of it? I tried to put it in my Sim's inventory, but it won't let her get to it.

@ChefsWife95 As you you can't get to the top of the mountain to get it or it's not your sims ?
