Sims 4 Spa Day and Luxury Stuff Pack not working

I have bought and downloaded both the Sims 4 Spa Day and the Luxury Stuff Pack. However, both are not appearing in my game. I have tried to repair game for 2-3 times but it did not work. Any advice ...

Thanks. Can you try going into the game details page and trying a repair on the individual panels for Spa Day and the Stuff Pack.

Hi there, I have done the individual repair thrice for both panels. But problem is still there. Are there any other possible solutions?

    @lovemacaron07 Thanks. Also your thread has been moved to the Sims 4 forum. Can you navigate to My Documents/Electronic Arts, and move the Sims 4 folder to your desktop or other backup location, then try launching again?

      Did as per your suggestion but still the same....
