Community Admin@lovemacaron07 Thanks. Also your thread has been moved to the Sims 4 forum. Can you navigate to My Documents/Electronic Arts, and move the Sims 4 folder to your desktop or other backup location, then try launching again?

What country are you in ? Calling or call-backs are also options, depending on your country
