Sims 4 stuck in loading screen

V1en_11​  Please try loading a different household within the same save, using Load Game rather than Resume.  If that doesn't work, try a new save, for comparison's sake.

If loading the other household does work, play it for a few sim-hours, then try to load your main one.  If you still can't, quit and reload, use Load Game, and move your main household to a different lot.  This is to test whether the problem is the sims or their house; you don't need to save your progress.
