@EA_Darko I followed your advice and it fixed the finalizing issue but it's only downloading my Origin DLC. Also, when I try to download The Sims 4 Steam in my game library it's saying "Error Launching Game: The game The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe does not appear to be installed. Please install it or try relaunching the game."

Hey @Cheri9803 are you trying to launch the game from Origin or Steam?
Can you ensure that you are running Steam, Origin and your game as administrator and that nothing is blocking any of them.
