Can you ensure that you are running Steam, Origin and your game as administrator and that nothing is blocking any of them.

Darko- @EA_Darko I've followed everything you advised but I keep getting "Error Launching Game: The game The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe does not appear to be installed. Please install it or try relaunching the game."
Don't know if this is important but I bought The Sims 4 Digital Deluxe as well as most DLC (Outdoor Retreat - Eco Lifestyle) from Steam.@Cheri9803 When you install Sims 4 from Origin, only your Origin-owned packs get installed. If you want your Steam-owned packs, you need to install them through Steam, and in order for that to work, you need to have also installed the base game from Steam. Once it's installed, you can then download your other packs from Origin and launch the game from Steam, that is, if it's working properly.
The error you're getting is because Steam doesn't recognize the game when it's installed from Origin.
