Sims 4 Stuck on Loading Screen

I also had this problem but I don't know if this solution only works on a MacBook but you should just swipe left on your trackpad with all your fingers the double click or right/left click on the sims 4 and it will say quit if the game doesn't quit go to the left corner on your Mac where there will be the apple logo pick on that and there will be an option that says force quit click on that and then on sims 4 the say force quit. The game should have quit then go onto origin and play Sims again your cc and everything will still be there.
