SIMS 4 The Product Key Is overused HELP ME!

Hi

So Recently i Just got my computer fixed and i wanted to install the game but it lets me to put on Disc 2 Which i can't find it because either i lost it or it just been broken so anyway i tried the other option and i put the Product code in the redeem code section and it says This code has been already used. i Tried googling it but it just says the Sims 4 Generator which i would've installed it but It was lie instead it was all endless surveys Just for nothing. 

So Please E.A People help me solve this problem so that I can enjoy the rest of the Easter Holiday playing Sims 4

    If you got a legal Sims 4 you can re-download your Sims 4 through Origin without having to re-enter your code.

    what if you bought in the store and installed the game, but it vanished from origin?

    Then it would be handy to check if you are in the right account. 
    And if that is the case, try these:
