SIMS 4 This Code Has Already been Used

Hi! So I just bought the Sims 4 on retail. This is the first time I've tried installing Sims 4 on my laptop, and I got to input the code and Origin took me to this window where it asks me to confirm...

    Thanks. Is Origin defininitely logged in with "srvelez19" in the top right corner? Login mixups are very common.


    If it is, click Origin in the top left, then Reload my Games. Then check the Show parameter for the My Games section, in case it's not set to view all.

Hi I bought Sims 4 for my two daughter to both got there own laptop. I installed it on the one daughter's laptop but can't on the other one's laptop it say's product code already in use.  There's a lot of tears in my house!  Can you please help me?
