SIMS 4 This Code Has Already been Used

Hi,

I have bought a SIMS 4 game.

I registered to one of my daughters and registered well. But then she does'nt work to play more with it.

Now I'm trying to install to my other daughter, but i do not renember neither the mail and pwd.

How is it posible to break the link of the code with previous accounts?

    The only way that would work is when you do remember the email or username of the account that Sims 4 was first installed with. 
    You can then use that account to install on the different PC.
    Or you can contact EA to switch the game account. 
    If you still have the game on the different PC you should be able to find out the details and change them.

    The game can only be linked to 1 account. For obvious reasons.

    yea mine is the same thing like im borrowing the game and Its telling me to enter the code but it has already been used WTF

    iligg,

    You'll have to use the first account the code was redeemed on. The digital code can only be redeemed to one account only. Ask EA Live Support for assistance from here.
