Well when I turn my game off and turn it back on I go check my family that I play and the toddlers are gone. It is my active families that I play with. And yes I do have mods but this just recently started happening out of the blue.

mods/cc get outdated with patches. So it's possible that one of the mods you're using is no longer compatible with the game.
Could you try taking out your custom content and see if it still happens (backup your save before trying).
If not, you'll need to find the guilty party.
- Well I looked on google and it said it could be from over population in the sims 4 but like I said I've been playing it for months now and never experienced this. So I deleted Some of the mods I downloaded around the time my sims started missing. Hopefully that works
