Sims 4 toddlers update. Toddlers grow up straight away and can't adopt

I got the new toddlers update and I have many mods on my game (only hair and outfit and make up) 

I don't know what is going on with this but I'd like to keep my mods without my toddlers growing old straight away. I cannot even change their appearance because they will bug.

    Test the game without the mod folder in. Just place it on your desktop, see how the game runs without.

    I think I found why. I had one mod called something about aging which made younger sims age faster and adults age slower and when I deleted it it works now.
