Hello, my Sims 4 has changed into the trial version and I'm not sure why since I've had the game for 2-3 years already and have never had this problem. I have purchased the game and also an expansion pack (Dogs and Cats) already but it seems I am unable to play. I have contacted EA personally but I thought I'd try here too to see if it could be fixed faster.
@Stephanie2169 I'm not sure if there is a time limit on the trial version but like the legasy edition you are unable to use certain features of this game. If you bought this through EA (Origin), the purchase should show in you Origin purchase history. If you did install the trial version you will have to uninstall the trial version and install the full version. Legacy version is for computers that meet certain requirements. You will need to know if your computer can run the full version. Where did you buy the game? Does your game icon appear in Origin? Do you have the Steam version?
