Sims 4 UI scaling issues after Windows 11 upgrade

Thanks for your visit to the forums and sorry to hear that you're having issues with The Sims 4.

From what I can read, you are using a custom Windows software created resolution of 3840x2160 at 250% scaling while you have a 1080p screen, is this correct?
From my own experience, this can indeed something break certain programs, not only games, as the software does not seem to be configured for that as most programs are written to detect the maximum res. of your currently connected monitor. (hardware locked by the monitor res.)

I also would like to mention that none of our programs (Origin or EA Desktop) and none of our games officially support Windows 11 and therefore it is possible that you experience more issues with certain games than when you were running Windows 10.

    @EA_Leeuw It's the other way around. The monitor is a 50" 4K TV. The native resolution is 3840x2160. I game at 1080p because my RX 580 is not meant to game at that high a resolution.

      @darkaudit, that is also possible, thanks for mentioning that! However as I mentioned, I'm afraid The Sims 4 and Origin don't have official support for Windows 11 (yet?), so it's possible that you'll run into potential issues more often than you'd like.
