sims 4 unable to start

hey, so ive been trying to fix this for months and nothing seems to be working, i have always played with mods and it was fine until it suddenly came up with the error: 'unable to start' followed by a really long code. i have tried everything, repaired the game through origin, uninstalled the game through origin, uninstalled the game and origin completely. i have cleaned and updated sims, my folders and my laptop numerous times, i even got rid of all my mods and started again with one to test out what works, the mod im using is a safe .package mod from a trustable website so it cant be one mod thats the fault. i have also tried reseting through the desktop and also deleting cache, but to no avail. i would love to play with my mods. if anyone can find a working solution i would be eternally grateful, thanks.
