Sims 4 update has deleted everything!

Hello, on the 2nd June I clicked to load up Sims 4; Origin had an update to do (I presumed this was a normal update since it highlighted it was updating bug fixes etc) however, once it was completed ...

Log into your account on Origin. In your game library rightclick the Sims 4 and select repair.
