Sims 4 Vampire pack activation code missing

I just bought the Sims 4 Vampire pack online version and when I went to download it through origin, a pop-up appeared saying to activate the game. It also called it an 'Unidentified game' if that eve...

    Hi @salpharre,

    Please, try to log out and log into Origin again. Does it work now?

    If not, did you buy the game through Origin?

Hi @ameilia2u,

Did you buy your game in Origin or from another retailer?

If logging out and logging in again didn't work, please, try to clear your Origin cache following this steps:

Instructions for Windows:

  1. First, make sure you can view hidden files and folders:
    1. Hit the Start button (or press Win + X for Windows 10).
    2. Click on Control Panel.
    3. Click on Appearance and Personalization, then Folder Options.
    4. Click the View tab.
    5. Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and click OK to save the change.
  2. If Origin is running, close it by clicking Origin in the menu bar then Exit.
  3. Click Start, then Computer, then double-click (C🙂 to open the C:\ drive
  4. Open the ProgramData folder, then the Origin folder, and delete all the files and folders inside it except for LocalContent.
    1. If you’re on Windows XP  you’ll find the ProgramData folder in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application data\Electronic Arts\
  5. Go back to C:\: 
    1. Open the Users folder,
    2. Open the folder with your  username, 
    3. Open AppData, 
    4. Then Roaming, 
    5. Then Origin
      •  Delete all the files and folders inside.
  6. Go back to the AppData folder: 
    1. Open the Local folder, 
    2. Open the Origin folder
      • Delete all the files and folders inside.

Instructions for Mac:

  1. Open your local hard drive.
    • Macs have two library folders: a root level folder and a user level library folder (~). Follow the root level folder.
  2. Open the Library folder.
  3. You can either use the keys Command ⌘ + Shift + G or use Finder > Go > Go to Folder.
  4. Open the Application Support folder, then open the Origin folder.
  5. Delete the DownloadCache folder.
  6. Empty your Trash.

Can you download and play your game now?

the issues I bought sims4 from Walmart  I set up under my email later on I went to the site EA and used same email I used for sims4 and bought the vampire pk but the email I got it said I don't have the game um yes I do it is a big mess the vamp pk will not show up
