Sims 4 Video Card Error

A couple of days ago I was having some trouble with my Sims 4 game, but I fixed it and it worked fine (except for some weird flashing). I left for a few hours and when I came back my video card was suddenly not compatible. Thing is my video card is compatible and completely up to date. Sims 4 is also running on that video card, so it can't be that. I don't know what to do and it's really frustrating.
