Sims 4 white screen after logos
I have Windows 10 and every time I go to play the Sims 4 it start up fine but then the window shrinks and opens a white screen. The homepage never works. I factory reset the game and then it works but...

Looks like you don't have enough dedicated memory on your graphics card. You need 128 MB and you have 64 MB, so that might be causing the issue. Did the game ever run fine for you?
Also the drivers of your graphics card are from 2015, they might have an update, which might help:
- The game ran fine for me until several updates ago.
Give updating the graphics drivers a try, it might just work if it worked in the past!
