Sims 4 White Screen Crash

After buying the university DLC this week, I have not been able to play it once.

As soon as i hit "Play" in origin on "The Sims 4" game, it loads for about 2 seconds with a white screen and then it crashes straight to desktop

My PC is more than capable of playing sims, and I've had no problems playing this game in the past.

I have tried the Following steps

  1. Repaired the game
  2. Reinstalled the game, even on multiple different drives
  3. Reinstalled Origin
  4. Launched Origin in admin mode
  5. Tried different compatibility modes on TS4.EXE
  6. Removed all mods
  7. Fresh user settings in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 folder
  8. Firewall exceptions on the game
  9. Forced the game to start in windowed mode.
  10. Updated Windows and GPU Drivers
  11. Deleted Origin Cache
  12. Deactivated Origin ingame
  13. Play in Offline Mode
  14. Clean booted my PC

The weird part is the game works fine on my friends inferior PC.

I hope you can help me in my quest to play the sims again. My last hope would be to reset my PC completely but I hope I don't have to go that far

    @Pjewse

If you have RivaTuner Statistics Server and/or MSI Afterburner, please disable them while playing.
You don't have enough free space on your C drive. Move what you can to another drive

    I don't work for EA
