@mrfuzzlezz Please disable Origin in-game: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.
If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache:
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/clear-cache-to-fix-problems-with-your-games/
then repair the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
If that doesn't help either, please move your entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop. When you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. You can add your existing content back in later; the point is to see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit with none of your added content present.
If none of this makes a difference, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

It works, but I have a small problem with the main screen. When I go on the packs tab and click on one, the items don’t show up and have red X’s on the pictures.
@mrfuzzlezz That sounds like this issue:
although it would be strange for the game to be able to create the Sims 4 folder and then not write to it further. Point is, check whether your antivirus might be blocking access, as described in the first post of that thread.
I just went to get back on sims and it’s doing the same thing. The screen is white.
@mrfuzzlezz Do you have OneDrive enabled? If so, please either disable it entirely, or disable the automatic syncing of Documents.
