@mrfuzzlezz Do you have OneDrive enabled? If so, please either disable it entirely, or disable the automatic syncing of Documents.

@mrfuzzlezz Try updating the driver for your graphics chip. Dell doesn't offer a new one, but Intel does:

If that doesn't help, please uninstall McAfee and try again.
By the way, your build of Windows 10 was released in spring 2018 and will lose support in May. So if you can update to a newer build, it's a good time to start thinking about doing so.
