My Sims 4 just won't allow me to download specific packs.
The packs are: Dine Out, Eco Lifestyle, and Dream Home Decorator
I've tried: repairing the app, repairing the game, clearing the cache through both files and the app, and restarting my computer; and I've already took all the mods out of the folder before AND after trying these things (I tried each thing twice)
Please help!!!!
dxiskool What happens when you try to download the packs? If you get an error message, please post a screenshot of it. And are there any packs that DO install correctly, or can you only install the base game and these are the only packs you own?
Please list the game's install location as well, as in, the full file path in the EA App under Sims 4 > Manage > View properties.
This is a screenshot of the error I'm getting. I own every pack except the new Royal Legacy's one and a few kits, and I had no issue with any of the others besides these three. They were previously installed, but I updated and repaired my game and they uninstalled themselves. All I'm finding for the path is "D:\The Sims 4", which is the external drive my sims has always been on. I've never had this issue before recently.
