     Do you have custom content? If so do you have s-club eyebrows. If you do the S-sclub 14f eyebrows are messing up your game. I had this too and i deleted it. Hopefully S-club will get it fixed.

It happens the same to me! Yet there is no solution and it's impossible to contact with EA.

So far I'm highly disappointed with this whole online-origin stuff. They shouldn't have done that, everything was fine until this began.

Game gets stuck on the very first loading screen. No custom content or mods ever added to the game.

Patches are meant to fix stuff!
