Did the game launch before the pack? Did you install the game in the default location? Did the game ever play? Did you install Origin to the default location?
This would be the first time it has ever tried to run on this Windows 10 machine (therefore it has never ran). I did not attempt to run it before packs were installed. The game (and Origin) installed on C:, I don't mess with the target install location that's selected by default.
EDIT:
I uninstalled the game through Origin and reinstalled it by downloading it through Origin (instead of through the physical copy). Didn't change anything. The Sims 4 will not run.

I haven't tried to run The Sims 4 since creating this thread here. I don't know if this will tell you that.
The video system does not meet the minimum requirement of 128mb of video memory and your laptop has 32mb. Your computer has a 120gb ssd and no data drive. The small size of the system drive will be a continuing problem as that is too small for the Windows operating system. The video driver is not WHQL.
