Hello,
Could you post a DxDiag report please? Instructions on how to do so can be found here:
http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
If you are having trouble pasting the full report here, try splitting it into multiple messages, or use pastebin.com
I hope this helps and keep simming,

I've been having the same issue myself. I can hear the audio, but my monitor says no signal.

What kind of monitor are you using ?
Could you post your DxDiag as requested by Cody above ?
Hello. I had the same problem and I did everything. Have you tried windowed mode if you are on windows. With no screen, you need to go to your game library in Origin, and click on Sims 4. Then click the settings button and click 'Game Properties'. Click the advanced options and in the command bar, type in '-w'. This worked for me.
Hi, thanks Ooglelvan, I did what you suggested and it worked great!
