SIms 4 won't display on my monitor

I just installed Sims 4 onto my PC.  When we try to play it, we can hear the sound but it will not display on the monitor.  We get a message that the monitor cannot display an analog signal.  Can any...

Could you post a DxDiag report please? Instructions on how to do so can be found here:

If you are having trouble pasting the full report here, try splitting it into multiple messages, or use pastebin.com

    I've been having the same issue myself. I can hear the audio, but my monitor says no signal.

      What kind of monitor are you using ?

      Could you post your DxDiag as requested by Cody above ?
