I played the Sims 4 for a long time and then when it switched from Origin to EA or Epic Games (still confused about it) all my stuff went away. All the packs I bought didn’t follow me and it made me upset. Now I’m trying to download it again because I miss playing it and it says all my packs are in one place now! So I go into the EA app to download it and it won’t. It just keeps telling me something went wrong over and over again. I uninstalled EA and reinstalled it like 4 times now, still nothing. I just want to play my game. They always screw my stuff up and make it impossible to play. I’m just about done with EA and The Sims altogether.
