I can't seem to find anyone else who has experienced this on the different forums etc. I haven't played the sims 4 for a few months and last time i played it was on Origin and it always worked perfe...

I have checked it and its now installing? What happened? Ive been trying for months to install this game!

    once i finally got it sorted and its now downloaded but the last time i played it according to that was july. that is still 6 months of spending over £200 on a game i havent been able to play because of something on your end. its still a bit ridiculous that it hasnt worked for months because of something on your end. isnt there anything i can get as a recompense for the 6 months that i havent been able to play.
