@Callmekelle When you say you wiped your PC, do you mean you removed everything Sims-related, or you did a factory reset so all your data disappeared too?
Where are you trying to install Sims 4, as in what file path, and does it help to change that folder? For example, you could create a folder on C called Games, so file path C:\Games, and try installing to that location.
Please also let me know what antivirus you use, if any. A factory reset may have restored a pre-installed third-party program, so please check the Task Manager for anything antivirus-related even if you never deliberately installed one.
As for your daughter, are you using the same computer, or different computers but the same connection (yes if you live together), or are you in two different locations?
