Lots of people having the same issue. See other threads. It is not a firewall, mac, pc, antivirus, youth account, etc. problem. It's a bug. Uninstall/reinstall, disabling firewall, and/or doing the game fix do not currently work.
Just wanted to make a note, it's a year from this last post and I'm still experiencing this issue. Am I to assume a solution was never found? Must be a bug - very disappointed it's not been fixed.
