Sims 4 won't go online

When I start my sims 4 game, it is impossible to connect with the internet, therefore I can't play online anymore. It worked before, but suddenly stopped working. My origin is working and online, b...

Just wanted to make a note, it's a year from this last post and I'm still experiencing this issue. Am I to assume a solution was never found? Must be a bug - very disappointed it's not been fixed.

Just installed the game too and having the same problem. It's frustrating to see that it is still not solved.

    have you tried all the suggestions in this thread ?

    Checked your security software ? Ran the game as administrator ?
