@rachelesther1506 I'm afraid this doesn't work for me as I don't seem to have the 'Origin Games' file that you refer to. I'm glad you were able to solve this, though! Happy Gaming! 🙂

@emma_g345 Maybe the same acces road but with "EA" instead of "Origin Games" ? Search "The sims 4/Game" (in a random "program" folder) if there is "Bin" folders inside (two differents folders approximativly)
Therefore, you don't need to open the EA launcher with this method. 🙂
Thanks !

- 2 years ago@rachelesther1506 Hi there 🙂 Thank you so much for trying to help. Unfortunately, the only thing that I haven't tried is to uninstall the whole EA app and start again. I really hope this doesn't happen after every game update. I'm going to change to Steam I think. Thanks, anyway! 🙂

@emma_g345 To run a dxdiag, click the Windows key and R at the same time. In the run box that appears in the lower-left corner of the screen, enter dxdiag . Wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply in this thread. Make sure to use "Reply" and not "Quick Reply," and click the Browse button next to the paper clip icon below the text field.
