Sims 4 wont let me go online

HELP! When I click go online on the min menu, it just says could not connect. It doesn't matter how many times are press try gain, it still wont work. Please respond thank you.

Then your issue might be different.

Did you check your firewall and Antivirus program ?

Yeah, I checked my firewall. I'll check it again, but it said it was allowing Sims to connect to the internet.

    Is origin itself online ?

    Also when you go to the options menu is the online access ticked there ?

      Origin is online. I tried booting up the game just now, and it's still saying that it's not connecting. And I can't connect no matter how many times I've clicked it. Can't access the community still...
