Sims 4 wont let me go online

HELP! When I click go online on the min menu, it just says could not connect. It doesn't matter how many times are press try gain, it still wont work. Please respond thank you.

Just open Origin before run the game and you will be able to play the sims 4 with internet  😕mileyhappy:

      Still not working. But now I see a notification in my game saying that online services are going down for maintenance.

    I've been opening origin before running sims 4. But I just saw a message for it going down for maintenance. So maybe that's what's going on?
