Sims 4 Won't Load Past Opening- Can't Find Resolution!

My Sims 4 won't load past the beginning Sim4/Maxis screen and afterwards it is a blank white screen. I found an issue similar to mine, but didn't see a clear answer besides "try turning off your mods/cc." I have no cc's or mods other than DLCs Ive bought from the website itself. I've also checked for updates and repaired the game and it cycled through all of the DLCs too, but nothing is working. I also can't close it out once it is stuck on that screen, I have to restart my computer. It is on windowed mode instead of fullscreen- I usually play in fullscreen but I closed it out last time in windowed mode, other than that I havn't done anything differently with my Sims. I'll also attach a DxDiag. Hopefully someone can help- I really want to keep playing!!!

I would suggest doing a Sims 4 reset.  To do this Go into your Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4  and pull out your saves folder onto your desktop.

Next delete the entire sims 4 folder out of Documents>Electronic Arts    Once deleted try launching the game again through Origin.  A new sims 4 folder will be created when you do this.  If the game loads you can close the game, and add your saves back to the new sims 4 folder.

Your Graphics are below minimum requirement for the game. You only have 4GB RAM and Graphics are using half of that so you end up with too little for the game. If you set the game to run as 32bit in Origin (if it isn't already) you may be able to get it to run. Rightclick it in Origin and select Game Properties.
