Sims 4 wont load please help' I've tried everything

@michellesalice  Please remove the entire Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts.  Load the game, start a new save, and see whether the problems are resolved.  If they are, copy over one save, but nothing else, and test again.  If that save is fine, try another one.  You can add your Tray files as well, as a separate step.  Leave your mods out of the process for now.

If and when you run into another issue, please describe what you're seeing and where you are in the process of testing.  A screenshot would be helpful for any on-screen glitch.

If the game stops loading again, please run a dxdiag and attahc it to a post.
