Sims 4 won't load with CC

What didn't work repairing the game or removing all mods?
Both.
Then try a complete reinstall as suggested in the error message.
- I tried re-installing Origin and Sims 4. I also tried doing a batch fix in Sims 4 Studio. None of these worked.
